Being that this is a clean Win-10 install this should be a simple fix. I ran the bluetooth troubleshooting without issueĪnyways I am hoping to get some advice. No other drivers have been added other than the bluetooth driver from the windows update and the drivers from the CD that came with the motherboard Adjust the slider for your headphones up to hear the sound better. This is a clean and updated windows install. In the lower-right corner of the screen, right-click the speaker icon, then select Open Volume Mixer. Never had an issue pairing a bluetooth device. When I was running win-10 off a sata ssd I never had this issue. I click "add bluetooth or other device" -> select "bluetooth" and literally even after 2 mins of searching my headset doesn't show up. Unfortunately even after updating to Win-10 getting the latest intel bluetooth driver I cannot pair my Beats head phones to the bluetooth. I upgraded to a m.2 ssd so I installed Win-10 Pro on it. (Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern with the win10 as well).This is a frustrating issue so hopefully I can get some advice. Software: If the device came with software, make sure it is installed properly and is compatible with Windows 8.
